Minnesota Boychoir to premiere four new pieces by Timothy C. Takach

Composer Timothy C. Takach and poet Julia Klatt Singer have created four new pieces for the MN Boychoir. Through a collaborative program between the American Composers Forum, Children's Hospital of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and the Minnesota Boychoir, Julia and Timothy have taken the words and stories of patients at the hospital and turned them into music. "Paper Cranes," Twenty Questions," "Before We Get Dusty" and "Where Beauty Comes From" feature each of the three choirs at the Minnesota Boychoir, and also a mass choir at the end.
